1. About Plugbnb
Plugbnb is a platform that connects electric vehicle (EV) drivers with individuals who may offer access to charging facilities at their property (“Hosts”).
Plugbnb does not own, operate, inspect, or control any charging equipment, power source, cable, adapter, or location listed or arranged through the platform.
2. Platform Only
Plugbnb acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate introductions and booking enquiries between drivers and Hosts.
We do not guarantee:
- availability of any Host, property, or charging location
- charger compatibility with your vehicle
- charging speed, reliability, or safety
- accuracy of user-provided information
- that any booking request will be accepted or completed
All arrangements are ultimately between the driver and the Host.
3. Driver Responsibilities
If you use Plugbnb as a driver, you agree to:
- confirm your vehicle is compatible with the plug, power source, and charging setup before use
- use any charging equipment safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the Host’s instructions
- respect the Host’s property, access conditions, and house rules
- provide accurate booking and contact details
- accept that charging is undertaken at your own risk
4. Host Responsibilities
If you use Plugbnb as a Host, you agree to:
- provide accurate information about your charging setup and availability
- ensure your equipment, power source, and property access are safe and lawful to use
- communicate clearly with drivers about how charging will occur
- not misrepresent the charging arrangement, speed, or suitability
5. Charging & Safety
Electric vehicle charging involves inherent risks, including equipment failure, property damage, interrupted charging, overheating, and personal injury.
By using Plugbnb, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are responsible for confirming voltage, plug type, current, adapter requirements, and overall suitability
- Plugbnb is not responsible for any failure of charging equipment or power supply
- Plugbnb does not supervise charging sessions
- all charging is undertaken entirely at your own risk
6. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Prices may be set by Hosts, suggested by Plugbnb, or agreed directly between parties.
Payments may be handled manually or via third-party services. Plugbnb is not responsible for delays, failures, or issues arising from third-party payment providers.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to the arrangement between the driver and the Host unless Plugbnb states otherwise in writing. Plugbnb does not guarantee refunds.
7. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugbnb is not liable for:
- vehicle damage, battery issues, or charging interruptions
- property damage
- personal injury
- loss of income, lost time, or travel disruption
- conduct, actions, omissions, or disputes between drivers and Hosts
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
8. User Conduct
You must not misuse Plugbnb, provide false information, behave unlawfully, or use the platform in a way that endangers people, property, or equipment.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove access to the platform at any time.
9. No Warranty
Plugbnb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the website or service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Privacy
Your use of Plugbnb is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
